It’s a turn on when guys are employed and are licensed. It shows that they’re trying and they’re growing up. Rather than guys who sit on their ass all day expecting their parents to provide for them their whole lives.
I think that’s why I shoot for older guys. At least they have plans and ambitions and are ready for lives after high school. Well, most of them.
